Hello, I have a Samsung UE46C6000 TV. A message appears on the screen: "USB device not recognized, USB2 overload."
Despite all my research, I can't seem to fix the problem. Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you for your advice.

I should point out that I have nothing plugged into the USB2 port, which is normally used for updating the TV.

Hello...
Do you have any USB-connected equipment?
Best regards,
See you later

USB2 is not port number 2 in USB; it is USB2 in contrast to USB1 or USB3....
So you have nothing in any USB port?

Indeed, I have nothing in both USB ports. I tried using both of them, one at a time... nothing removes this incremented message. I can say that the usb2 port doesn't seem to read a flash drive when I insert it. There are indeed videos to reset the TV, but I prefer to avoid that, as a wrong manipulation could completely mess it up.

Well, you can try unplugging it from the power for about an hour, or go into the menu to see if there's an update, there's no risk there...

You can also go back through the plug and play, there's no risk either, but I'm not sure it will be enough....
Wait for other opinions, good luck!
PS: What size is this window?
