Cegid installation

Hello,

I need to use Cegid business v9 but I can't install it.
I followed the procedure to the letter and I can't access the database.
I tried with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. First, I installed SQL 2008 which is not compatible with Windows 8 and 10, then SQL 2012.

In reality, I do not get the screens related to the installation of the database server (pages 11, 12, 13 attached to your procedure).
So I can't get to the databases.
