Hello
I have a VD TECH MIDO0714VC03 tablet,
I must have entered a code but since I’m not an expert, I can no longer input the code to unlock it. Can you please tell me how to reset it to factory settings so I can use it again?

Hi, try with the power button and volume -, otherwise the power button and volume + or home and volume - while holding for 10 seconds..... try other combinations when you enter it will display the Android mascot with a red triangle. If you succeed, you will have the option "wipe data/factory reset" to restore it to factory settings (which means loss of applications and data).

thank you for your response. I managed to get the mascot yesterday, but I can't do anything else, and the phrase doesn't appear. Today, I recharged the tablet and I will try again.

NO. The other solution is to reinstall the firmware, it's very complicated. Let it discharge completely. Otherwise, what is the code that you can't enter?
