Good evening, I receive a huge amount compared to what I send

5,800,000 sent
96,400,000 received
in 17 minutes, only Skype, no web page.
And if I start a download, something like TeamViewer or another app, I get about 150,000,000

I've already formatted the machine but nothing does; the problem persists
I am on Windows 8.1
When formatting, I disabled updates to see if the problem could come from there

    Good evening,

    While waiting for a response from people more qualified to answer, I would say that it is possible that it comes from Skype; it's a real hassle.

    ps -> for "regular internet usage," meaning a usage where you don't do any uploads (transferring data from your computer to a server)
