Hello,

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 32.0

For a few days now, I've been having a problem. Here it is: I receive my emails through Incredimail.
I have an email address with free.fr and one with laposte.net.
With the free address: no problem, but with the laposte address, I can no longer receive my emails; I keep getting this error message: login failed; yet I haven't changed any settings and my password is saved in the server tab of Incredimail for this email address.

What can I do? Do you have any idea where the problem might be?

I am waiting for very important messages that I cannot access.

Thank you for your quick response, but it's the first thing I did. In fact, I hadn't changed anything, so it shouldn't have gone out of order by itself. However, I checked just to be safe, and everything is fine!

O.K., then maybe it's "la poste .fr" that has problems, try to open it independently of IM, that's the only solution I see.
