Column A missing excel spreadsheet

Hello,

In an Excel file, column A has disappeared. The spreadsheet starts with column B, and when I right-click - unhide, nothing happens. The column is neither hidden nor minimized.

When I insert a column, the spreadsheet always starts with column B...

Do you have a solution?

    Another method:
    go to Home/Edit/Find and Select/Go To and enter A1; click [OK].
    go to Home/Cells/Format/Cell Size and choose a width (different from 0).
