Mobile kliver PB80 blocked by code schema

Hello,

My daughter has a KLIVER mobile phone model PB80.
She has locked it with a pattern code, but she doesn't have a Google account to unlock it and mine doesn't work!
The support service has "kindly" brushed me off!!!!
I've heard about a factory reset, but I can't find how to do it :(
Considering that computing is quite complex for me, I thank you in advance for your help.

    I don't have access since the phone is asking me for a Gmail address and its code!!!

    try to start it in recovery mode

    Turn off your phone

    Then, hold the "Power" button and press the "Volume up" button several times.

    Once the recovery menu appears, you can release these buttons.

    To navigate, you need to use the volume keys:

    - Volume "+" button (up) to move up.
    - Volume "-" button (down) to move down.

    theoretically you should have the option for restoration

    To confirm an action, you need to use the "Power/Off" button

    Hello

    Try to find the settings icon on your phone, click on it and you should normally find backup and reset
    there you will be able to find the reset of your choice

    Good evening,

    first of all, thank you all for your help, but unfortunately it doesn't work because if I hold down the power button, the phone turns on and shuts off immediately!!!

    I think I have little hope left except for the trash!!!
