KMS Activation

Hello,
I have just configured a KMS activation server on a Windows Server 2012 R2, but when trying to activate on my client (Windows 8.1), I receive an error message, even though the server indicates that there are still activations available.

Is the KMS server properly configured for the Windows 8.1 edition installed on the client machine? Does this server have the capability to activate multiple editions of Windows?
