Hello,

my Sharp television is stuck; my daughter was playing with it and touched something, now the screen is blue and shows a key with the message TV ACTIVE ENTER PASSWORD, and I noticed that a few minutes later it turns off by itself. I tried the code 0000 but it doesn't work. I have never activated the password.
I need help please.

    Hi,

    on a Sharp XFlat Slim 21" 21S-FX10A, it seems that you need to enter the code *2398* to change the password.

    Have you looked in your manual? What is the exact model of your Sharp TV?

      Method 1
      Hold down MENU on the remote and VOLUME DOWN on the TV itself at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked

      Press the MENU button on the remote and VOLUME DOWN on the TV at the same time for 4 seconds. The code will be disabled

      Method 2
      Hold down the 0 on the remote and the VOLUME DOWN buttons on the TV itself at the same time for at least 4 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked

      Method 3

      Hello, I tried the methods mentioned above but none work. My TV is a Sharp xflat plus 29l-fg1a. My TV is still stuck on startup asking for a password that I don't know. Thank you for your help please.
