Register server / Supercopier

Hello,
Every time I start W7 (64), I get the following message:

Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer?

Program Name: Microsoft Register Server

Program Location: "C:\windows\System32\regsvr32.exe"/s "C:/ProgramFiles/Supercopier\PluginLoader\catchcopy-v0002\catchcopy64.dll"

Is it possible to automate the response to yes? How can I do that?

emachines43: Yes, not to mention the collision features and others. The Windows copy-paste (I mean 7 and 8) destroys files in some cases (detailed on the ultracopier forum/supercopier).

Hello, this software is not necessarily useful since Windows can copy files without the help of another program. Do you really need it?

I had installed it because it's easier to use than xcopy with its options (I believe SuperCopier is actually a front-end for xcopy). Moreover, SuperCopier gives, in my opinion, clearer messages in case of copy problems.
