attached is my Excel file, I would like to know if it is possible to choose to collapse or expand a field in a table (it is not a pivot table).

Hello,
Select the rows you want to be able to hide (for example, rows 11 to 17 in your file) and then in the "Data" tab, select "Group".
If you prefer the "-" to be above the rows to hide rather than below, open the Outline dialogue (by clicking on the small arrow at the bottom right of the "Subtotal" button in the Data tab).
