Hello
I would like to display names in uppercase systematically in each cell of a "Name" column, even if the input is in lowercase
I know there is the uppercase function but how to use it?

Hello  If the proper name is in cell A1, in A2, for example, you put =UPPER(A1) to drag down the column A2   -- Argitxu

I don't believe it's possible to format a cell to be uppercase by default;
the UPPER function exists, indeed, but it is used to transform a cell A into a cell B
for example:
in B1 = PROPER(A1) transforms the text from A1 into initial uppercase and the rest in lowercase
=UPPER(A1) transforms all the text into uppercase
