Samsung NP300E5A Network Card Driver

Hello,
I have a Samsung NP300E5A laptop and after installing BACK UP, my PC does not detect the network card. I went to the official Samsung site but couldn't find the driver. If you have already encountered this problem, please feel free to help me. THANK YOU in advance.

    Hello,

    Go to the Device Manager
    Check if there are any question marks and which ones?

    If so, right-click on the device
    Properties
    Details tab
    Give the hardware ID number.
    To find the ID number, look -->> here <<--

    What is the operating system and is it 32 or 64 bits?
