Hello,
I downloaded the Stellar software for recovering deleted files for free, but when I try to use it, it asks for two keys. I was able to get the first one but not the second. I would like to have the second one, please. Thank you.

Hello,
This software is paid, no assistance for pirating it will be provided in this forum.
I suggest you try to recover your data with Recuva, a small free software that has proven itself.
Check the following options: Deep Scan, Restore folder structure, Scan for non-deleted files.
