      Hello Forum

      First thing, Excel takes into account a Windows parameter for the font size
      of comments in Excel. If you want to change this size for your upcoming files
      you need to adjust the tooltip size of your Windows theme.

      The downside of this method is that it also modifies your Windows in the process.
