Sound failure with my LG FB 164 mini system

Hello,

I have no sound on this mini system.
The LED slider where the volume is goes up and down by itself without being able to control it.
All functions work whether from the remote control or from the base.

Thank you for your help.

I should mention that I contacted LG France, and they were unable to assist me.

    Hello, it is likely that your issue is electronic, that the powertrain is out of order.
