Error message 360 on RICOH CL4000DN

Hello,

I have a RICOH CL 4000DN printer - I am getting an SC360 error message - POWER ON/OFF - my seller does not want to respond because I no longer have a maintenance contract (he stopped it after 4 years, stating that my machine was too old and would require interventions....)
I turn off the printer, it starts again, prints 3 pages and then goes back to error code.
SOS can anyone help me
Thanks in advance as I am in the middle of invoicing and accounting and I can no longer print my invoices.

Here’s what I found

SC 360
Bad connection between the hard drive and the hard drive controller
The power connector on the hard drive is disconnected.
Faulty hard drive
Faulty hard drive controller
Faulty BICU

Needless to say, your printer is in bad shape

Hello,
Thank you for the info - the company that sold me the printer replied that my drum was dead, so they were off the mark.
I think I'm going to have to invest in a new machine...
Now I just need to find the right quality-price ratio, and that's a jungle out there...

You need to look at the cost per page, that's what makes the difference in the long run.
