I have the same message but on my Galaxy S3...

Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

What can I do, please?

    Hello, so for this message, the person has protected the directory of their website with a .htaccess and .htpasswd.
    This allows access to a directory of a website to be blocked.

      Yes, completely normal; the webmaster of the site decided to protect this directory, so a third party cannot access it.
