Root password on Debian Solved

Question

Hello,
I'm on Debian and I want to update the packages but I need to switch to root. The problem is that it asks me for a password that I didn't even create. I tried Enter but that doesn't work :( Please, I need help, I really don't know anything about this..

Configuration: Linux / Firefox 2.0.0.11

Hi,  Well... On the Ubuntu LiveCD, you have to create it yourself... So just in case...  Try the command:  sudo passwd -- &#9834;&#9834; Saachaa &#9835; CCM Contributor
