Hello,
following the installation of a game on my computer, I received the following message (see title) indicating that my graphics card is probably quite old...
after doing some research on your site, I saw that one could download a new driver from the NVIDIA site, but apparently, I must uninstall any existing drivers on the PC first. I don't want to mess things up; is there any risk in doing this? Can someone help me? I'm not a computer expert! Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 12.0

You don't need to uninstall your graphics driver that you're using.
The new one will take care of uninstalling the old one and installing itself, you have nothing to worry about on that front. -
thank you
I have updated it.
I tried my game (Asterix at the Olympic Games) again and it shows a black screen, would installing DirectX as suggested change anything? -
Yes, you MUST install the proposed DirectX (I think we are at version 11) but install the one offered^^
And above all, check that your PC has the performance to run the game, otherwise it's pointless to try to play (even if it starts, you'll lag...)
