problem creating gmail account? Solved

Question

Hello,

I can't create the Gmail account; I keep getting the error message: "You must be of the required age to create a Google account."

Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

You might want to try with another browser, try using Google Chrome.

Yes, that's correct, I entered an age over 13, but it's still the same.

vordano · Answer

try again after clearing your cache

vivremaroc · Answer

I've tried quite a few times but it's always the same. However, I always receive the same error message.

vivremaroc · Answer

Thank you very much for your proposal, it works Thanks again once more.

vordano · Answer

so the problem was that you were using Internet Explorer 8 :) if you want to keep IE, update it to version 9 (it might work)

vivremaroc · Answer

Yes, that's correct, I use IE version 8, so that was the reason when I tested on Mozilla (because I had already installed it on my PC) it worked. Thank you anyway for the information.
