Photoshop crack and Keygen?

Hello,

I need to download Photoshop CS5 (the joys of college!) but I can't afford it, and being a huge klutz with computers I don't understand the solutions I've found for cracking it. So my question is simple: If I download Photoshop legally from the Adobe website and enter a key from a keygen for example, will the software work?
