3D Architect Activation Key

Hello,

I am reaching out to you because I am a bit desperate. I have the software, but the key doesn't work. Could you help me?
The computer is telling me that I have already used the key in question.

I would need a fairly quick response, please.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 5.0

      Well, it's true. You buy software that you install on your computer. For X or Y reasons, you format your computer to factory settings. As a result, you have to reinstall your software and the key no longer works. And when you call AVANQUEST or UPCLICK, they blame each other and you’re left in the lurch all alone. I've been in that situation too. All for an initial purchase of 115 euros.....

      No, it is not normal to have software legally, and not be able to activate it, especially when it's on a single machine. I have the same problem, and the support says that I need to buy a new license. Who are the fraudsters?
