IDM configuration issue

Hello,
I've been having a problem with IDM for a while now when I try to download from a file host. I get this message every time: "Some sites do not allow a request for the same file twice in a row. The browser makes the first request for the file "filename" and IDM tried to make a request for the same file; the site sent a page to IDM instead of the file to download. To support this download you can enable a shortcut in IDMOptions>General>Shortcuts... Hold down the key while clicking the download button/link so IDM can take over the download before the first request."
It seems quite clear that some manipulation needs to be done to fix the issue, but I’ve searched everywhere in the options and can’t find it.. If you can help me, thank you!!
