Bonjour,

Voila cela fait qqs jours que je n'arrive plus a faire mes mise a jour de windows,
et que je n'arrive pas a installer des programmes tel que mon anti virus.

Déinstalles "proprement" Norton qui est toujours présent
sur ton pc, à l'aide de cet utilitaire:
(il ne faut qu'un antivirus, sinon conflits entre-eux)

Non tjr pareil même après avoir désinstallé Norton mais en fait le pb c'est que je veux installer ma nouvelle version de Kaspersky mais quand je lance le setup rien ne se passe.
J'ai installer l'antivirus sur mon autre pc et il marche très bien.
Et je n'arrive a faire AUCUNE M A J ou instalation

Non ce n'est pas ça le pb ... Je lance l'installation jusqu'à ce que le pop up avec marqué Windows installer apparait puis il disparait et rien ne se passe ...

j'ai un peu fouillé sur la toile et j'ai trouvé ça :

RESOLU hier soir !

Voici tout ce que j'ai fait (du coup je ne sais pas quelle est la manip. gagnante) :

* Téléchargé Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
* Impossible de le faire démarrer (erreur VBscript)
* Changé l'extension de l'exécutable en .rar et extraction des fichiers
* Un fichier txt explique qu'il faut renommer msizapU.exe en msizap.exe
* Ca marche, j'ai la fenêtre avec la liste de tous les logiciels installés avec Windows Installer
* J'en vire quelques uns (de mémoire les plus récents et ceux que je n'utilise pas, dans l'espoir de virer celui qui a foutu le bordel)
* J'enregistre msi.dll : Démarrer Vista orb/Exécuter puis regsvr32 msi.dll
* Je réessaye d'installer Opera 9.24 (pack msi) et là ça marche Smile du coup toutes les installations fonctionnent à nouveau : iTunes, Opera, Windows Mobile Device Center, Windows Live Messenger, démoJeux, WMPpluginFirefox, Skype...

Enfin !!! Si ça peut être utile à quelqu'un d'autre...

et bizarrement j'ai essayé cela mais le programme Msizap.exe ne s'exécute pas :s ...
Hum hum je pense qu'il y a un rapport ...

installation de kaspersky,
Maintenant j'ai découvert un nouveau truc : j'ai installé kaspersky sur mon autre PC, cela fonctionne très bien j'ai copié le dossier dans mon DD \C et je double clic sur l'application et RIEN ne se passe ...

Désinstalles le (puisque présent !!!sur le pc)

Et réinstalle le directement sur ton pc ...à partir de ton cd d 'instal ou de ta clé d'activation.

Non pas possible , tjr pareil pb de windows installer qui me dit : " La source d'installation de ce produit n'est pas disponible. Vérifiez qu'elle existe et que vous etes autorisé a y accéder. "
Arf! Je commence a saturé

Quelle est la version de kapersky que tu veux installer?

L'installes-tu avec les droits d'adminitrateur (Vista), c'est à dire, toujours
faire un clic-droit et choisir "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"......?

Tu es sous vista "SP1"

==> Télécharges la SP2:

Il ya peut-être un problème de compatibilité !

Et réessayes l'installe de kapersky.

ok je vais essayer mais les MAJ de windows ne s'effectue pas avec l'outil de mAj windows ... Je suis quand meme perplexe!

Pour désintaller les outils utilisés:
Telecharge ToolsCleaner2--> http://pc-system.fr/
-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION
