Hello, my Ucom-900 webcam is not working despite the installation CD!! However, it is turned on!! What should I do please?

    Hello,
    Unplug it, plug it back in, Windows should normally detect new hardware
    and then insert the CD-ROM and install the drivers.
    Do you have XP or Vista?
