JAVA games on Samsung SGH-E250

Hello,
I'm trying to transfer Java games with the .jad extension to my Samsung SGH-E250 via Bluetooth. It works very well except for a few games because their size is too large.
My question is: where can I find software that would compress my jad files so that their size is suitable for my Samsung (if there is any)?
