Joujou romantica, it's normal if you can't find it in French, no team to my knowledge has taken on this project... As for yuri, I don't know much about it, I must admit, but for yaoi, that's another story! :D But most scans are in English (it's actually a very fun way to improve your English :) )... but there are French (and Belgian) teams that do very good work. I recommend this:

Here's also a site gathering English and French-speaking teams... I don't know them all, so I won't voice an opinion. But honestly, I think the best thing is to learn English; there are so many excellent yaois that you miss out on when you only speak French ;)

I prefer to read them online because I have a huge problem: I can't read the scans I download. Even though I downloaded Wrar and other stuff, it doesn't work ='(

Otherwise, you have the Passion Fruity team doing remarkable work!
They translated Junjou, but since the licensing of zb France, they had to stop translating. You won't find them in French, but you can find them in English on Manga Fox.

For streaming yaoi, you need to go to Deus-ex-machina... they almost have them all... except for the hottest ones...

Otherwise, you can visit the fansub that takes care of the yaoi translations...
