Hello,
Another Xbox 360 is down, this time it's mine that I sent to UPS.
Now I am at step 4, at the top of all this, there is a tracking number from the carrier: (and it's a link with a 25-digit code).
So I click on it and it tells me: http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/1033/upsdxt.jpg
Should I ignore this link and patiently wait for the new console or follow this link?
Thanks @ you,

Hello Fab, are you still at UPS? I used to be a former sales representative from the Rouen agency and today I'm waiting for a delivery. Well, I am very very disappointed with UPS. The director of the Rouen agency is incompetent and I find it shameful that she makes no effort!!! Shame on UPS for hiring such a person: she claims not to know all her routes!!!! What is this incompetent being paid for?
Hello, can you give me the tracking number?
It starts with 1z
It has a total of 18 characters.
Starting at 3 a.m. with UPS, I will be able to track all of this.
Best regards
Fabien

Hello, I received a package from Belgium via UPS, but I would like to know how the tracking number is composed, as I was given a number with 10 digits, so I couldn't track the package. I would like to know how the tracking number is composed; are there any letters before the number? Thank you for responding to gsm-productions@wanadoo.fr.

Hello,
I confirm that tracking packages with UPS is quite a juggling act.
There’s a package that left on 08/13 (a printer). On 08/14, apparently my street doesn’t exist!! I've been living here for 6 years and it's not the first carrier that comes here. Moreover, I left my phone number when I placed my order. But the driver must be too shy to ask for directions. So I call on 08/17. A new delivery is scheduled for 08/18 (after insisting because they want me to go to the depot. So what’s the advantage of ordering online then?).
Only, here’s the thing, on 08/18 there's no delivery. And I see online that the delivery is rescheduled for 08/19.
I'm starting to wonder what UPS is playing at. Unless my printer isn’t lost for everyone...
