Labtec pulse-285

Hello,
I have a Labtec Pulse - 285 (2 satellite speakers + 1 subwoofer, volume and power control box)
the device is on and no sound is coming out. What should I do? It seems simple but I can't figure it out. 
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    First, there are 2 connections;
    You need to connect your satellites to your subwoofer AND NOT to your computer!!!
    Then the subwoofer has an RCA connector, connect it to the computer (usually the green jack);
    Then make sure that sound is coming out and that you've pressed the button on the remote, I have this equipment and it works very well ^^
