Bonjour,
J'ai une fenêtre de pub qui apparait toutes les 30 min internet explorer.Même si je ne suis pas connecter a google.
Ca m'est déjà arriver et navilog avais réparer tout ça.
Mais la,aprés spybot,ccleaner et navilog,c'est toujours pareil.
Si vous avez une idée..Merci d'avance.

Re,

Tu as deux antivirus sur ton pc et il ne faut qu'un antivirus sur ton pc.

Alors soit tu désinstalle avast ou norton:

▶ Désinstaller AVAST comment le faire proprement


▶ Désinstaller NORTON Comment le faire correctement

Ensuite:

---> Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (OldTimer) sur ton Bureau :
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

---> Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer.

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant en gras ci-dessous :

Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

▶ Relance hijack et clique sur "Do a system scan only"

▶ Ensuite recherche ces lignes et coches les cases

▶ Ensuite clique sur "Fix checked"

▶ Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

▶ Mets le à jour

▶ Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.

▶ Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait

▶ clique sur Rechercher

▶ Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok

▶ Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

▶ Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

▶ Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

Si un rapport ne passe pas faire une alerte à la conciergerie avec le /!\ jaune.

Redémarre ton pc normalement et refait pour vérifier un log avec RSIT.
