flashing hourglass next to the cursor Solved

Question

Hello, I don't know how, but a flashing hourglass has appeared next to the mouse cursor. I went to Control Panel, Hardware, Mouse, but I can't get rid of this flashing hourglass. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

Hello,
It might also be a printer driver issue.
To find out:
In the control panel, view local services.
In the list of services, locate the 'Print Spooler' service and stop it. Is the problem fixed?

If so, all that's left is to identify which printer it comes from and change the driver.
