I'm looking for how to uninstall HPPrintScanDoctor

From my PC on Windows C:

I have uninstalled my printer from the control panel, but I can't uninstall it here!

      If you find nothing in the files or folders, where is the trace that remains?

    HPPrintScanDoctor: It tells me that this recycling program of 20 items has been interrupted and on the small windows: restart and cancel!
