Bonjour,
j ai fait un nettoyage avec ccleaner un rapport avec avg et hitachi mais la je ne c est pas ce que je dois faire je n est plus d antivirus pas moyen d enlevé avast pour mettre kaspery et je n arrive pas a remettre avast non plus est que qqun pourrait m aider svp pour savoir ce que je dois faire je vous envoie le rapport de hitachi et avg merci

!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipe !!

* double-cliques sur l'.exe pour lancer l'installe et laisses toi guider ...
* Une fois fait, cliques sur le raccourci créé sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
* Choisis l'option 1 ( "recherche") et tapes "entrée" .
* Une fois le scan finit , un rapport va apparaître, copie/colles l'intégralité
de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse ...
( le rapport est en outre sauvegardé ici -> C:\TB.txt )

Tiens https://www.bitdefender.com/toolbox/

Dans la nouvelle fenêtre, clique sur "I agree" (Accepte la licence )
Accepter et installer le contrôle des ActivesX
* La fenêtre change encore, clique sur "Click here to scan"
* Les signatures se chargent, etc.

•- Sauvegarde le rapport comme ceci:
Clic sur "Enregistrer sous..." > choisis « bureau » ( en "nom" mettre "rapport BitD" par exemple ; et en "type" choisir "fichier HTML" (*.html
• > ouvrir le fichier sauvegardé > copier/coller le rapport sur le forum.

en lisant sur ce forum beaucoup de gens ont l air de dire du bien de antivir je pourrais peut etre prendre suis la ( avast c etait aussi un pris en p2p) peut etre ca que j ai des soucis, en prenant antivir sur ce site c est peut etre plus sur, tu en pense quoi, j aurais peut etre moin de prob apres. la ca fait 2fois sur meme pas un an de temp que j ai des virus

touts tes soucis sont liés au p2p ! et avast n'arrange pas tes soucis , il n'est plus tres efficace antivir est bien meilleur !

evite a l'avenir les cracks ;-) ! lol

desinstal avast a l'aide du desinstalateur de avast : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telechargement 34055246 utilitaire de desinstallation de avast

ensuite instal et configure antivir

tiens moi au courant de ton avancement afin que l'ont termines par un nettoyage .

pour enlevé avast impossible il me met

pour les cracks meme ceux pour les jeux sont a évité j ai un antispyware un antimalware et l antivirus peut etre mettre quelque chose en plus je c est pas car on prend beaucoup les jeux

fait un clic droit sur l'icone d'avast et clique sur quitter ensuite recommence la procedure de desinstalation

si ca ne fonctionne pas redemarre ton pc en mode sans echecs et recommence la procedure de desinstalation

voila en mode sans echec j ai réussi a enlevé avast avec le programme que tu m as envoyé et j ai ete voir dans ajouté supprimé des programmes et c est partit. Je vais maintenant téléchargé l autre lien envoyé , je dis quoi des que c est fait

des que c'est fait tu effectue une analyse avec antivir et tu poste le rapport de scan , mais avant assure toi d'avoir correctement configurée antivir . ensuite il faudras executer l'étape finale

In order for Avira AntiVir Personal to run properly, the computer
system must fulfill the following requirements:

- Computer: Pentium or higher, at least 266 MHz

- Operating system
- Microsoft Windows Vista (32 or 64 bit) or
- Microsoft Windows XP Home or Professional (32 or 64 bit), SP 2
recommended or
- Microsoft Windows 2000, SP 4 recommended

The display of the program interfaces can differ, depending on the
