j'ai avira antivir et à chaque demarrage de mon pc il me demande ce q'u il doit faire du trojan !! je dis acces denied et il revient

-Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Mets le à jour

- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher
- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok
- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.
- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.
Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

il faut que tu fasses ce que l on te dit et ne pas commencer une chose et en faire une autre et ainsi de suite,
il faut que tu fasses attention car le dernier hijack que tu nous montres est celui d il y a de nombreuses journees.
"executer en mode sans echec": il faut demarrer son ordi en mode sans echec et ensuite une fois que ton ordi est lance en ce mode tu executes comme indique sd fix.lit bien ce qui est indique.
colle le rapport obtenu.
ensuite colle un rapport hijack, fait attention a la date.
il faut que tu fasses attention car le dernier hijack que tu nous montres est celui d il y a de nombreuses journees.
"executer en mode sans echec": il faut demarrer son ordi en mode sans echec et ensuite une fois que ton ordi est lance en ce mode tu executes comme indique sd fix.lit bien ce qui est indique.
colle le rapport obtenu.
ensuite colle un rapport hijack, fait attention a la date.
je suis dsl mais j'ai parfaitement suivi les instructions mais sdfix ne bouge pas ??????????

pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et enregistre le sur le bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions
à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.
