My problem is that I can't access the site http://192.168.1.1 to configure my Neuf Telecom network.

It asks me for a password and an identifier, yet I never set a password to access it. I used to be able to access it without an identifier and password, but ever since I removed the security from my Wi-Fi, meaning that anyone can connect to the internet with my Wi-Fi without any password, I can no longer access it.
I have a big doubt... I think my Wi-Fi is hacked by one of my neighbors; he must have added a password to the site http://192.168.1.1.

So I would like to find a way to remove this password (I have tried several passwords and identifiers, but none work; I have also restarted my Neuf box several times, but nothing works, I don't know what to do anymore ...)

first of all, http://192.168.1.1. is not a website but the IP address of your router.
Anyway, have you tried the username "admin" with the password "admin"?

Otherwise, if your neighbor really changed the password, you will have to call your ISP and explain your problem to them; you might even need to file a complaint, but for now just contact your ISP.

You can reset the neuf by returning to the default settings:

With the help of a needle or paperclip, press for a few seconds into the hole labeled Reset, located on one side of the neufbox.
- When the Service LED turns red, release the pressure.
- The neufbox restarts and reconfigures to the default settings as during the first installation.
- Wait a few minutes until the Access LED and the Tel LED become steady.
- It may happen that the Service LED remains red. Unplug the power adapter; wait a few seconds; then plug it back in.

Note: restoring the default settings deletes all the configurations you have set, such as NAT rules, FTP server service, FON, etc. After restarting, you will need to reconfigure all these settings.
