Croix blanche, fond rouge, ordinateur infecté

Question

Bonjour,
Depuis de matin, une petite croix blanche avec un fond rouge est apparut dans ma barre en bas à droite, m'indiquant que mon ordinateur est infecté.
Je suis allée sur des forums pour voir ce qu'il fallait faire : 
En premier lieu j'ai fait la recherche, le redémarrage en mode sans échec et le nettoyage avec SmitfraudFix mais ça n'a pas marché donc j'ai refait :
J'ai téléchargé HiJackThis et j'ai fait un system Scan.Ensuite j'ai refait avec SmitfraudFix, j'ai cliqué sur le 1 pour faire la recherche et quand j'ai redémarré en mode sans échec, l'ordinateur ne voulait pas et il a tout quitté.

télécharge [url=http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe hijackthis]
->  enregistre la cible sous .... le bureau 

->renommer hijackthis en faisant comme suit:Fais un clic droit sur hijackthis, choisis "renommer" marque : ABCD.exe 

-> Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

-> Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse 


Note : Avant tout emploi de logiciel, s’assurer que les protections de registres tel que le Tea Timer de spybot sont désactivées (notamment lors de l’emploi d’HijackThis)
 Spybot >mode avancé> outils > résident
Décocher la case résident "tea timer"

Refermer Spybot.

Il a du boulot.

Combofix. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts...

Fais exactement ce qui suit :

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix, choisis le bureau comme destination et valide : 
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation (si jamais tu en as et que je ne les ai pas vu sur le rapport hijackthis....)

---> Surtout, si tu rencontres des difficultés à ce niveau là, dis le moi avant de poursuivre...

Ensuite :
double-clique sur C-Fix.exe (= combofix.exe ) .

Appuie sur une touche pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi ---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un moment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

Je donne juste mon opinion, mais moi j'aurais passé smitfraudfix avant combo mais bon de toute facon il va faire le menage.

Oui mais je suis toujours connectée, en fait je connais rien à Windows car j'ai un mac et là je suis du coté pc donc je ne sais pas comment me déconnecter et fermer tous les anti virus

Maintenant fait ceci:

#2) Nettoyage:

    * Redemarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec
   
 * Double cliquer sur [url=http://www.clubic.com/lancer-le-telechargement-267680-0-smitfraudfix.html]SmitfraudFix.exe[/url]
  
  * Sélectionner 2 et pressez Entrée dans le menu pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
   
 * A la question: Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) et pressez Entrée afin de débloquer le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de registre de l'infection.
  
  * Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté. A la question: Corriger le fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) et pressez Entrée pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
 
   * Un redemarrage sera peut être necessaire pour terminer la procedure de nettoyage. Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt



Option:

    * Pour effacer la liste des sites de confiance et sensibles, sélectionner 3 et pressez Entrée dans le menu.
    

    * A la question: Réinitialiser la liste des sites de confiance et sensibles ? répondre O (oui) et pressez Entrée afin de restaurer les zones de confiances et sensibles.

FAUX POSITIF:

process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

J'ai fait Combofix, à l'étape 50 l'ordi a redémarré tout seul. Il y a un fichier qui s'est ouvert direct : log.txt et la croix a disparu mais un bouclier est apparut m'indiquant que je courrait un risque.

Maintenant fait ceci:

-Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

- Mets le à jour

---

- Redémarre en mode sans échec :

Au redémarrage de ton PC tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5 sur l'écran suivant déplace toi avec les flèches de direction et choisis Mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle et non la session Administrateur

---

- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher

- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok

- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

En fait c'est bon, j'ai redémarré en mode sans échec et fait le processus mais je ne retrouve pas le rapport ^^". Je n'avais pas vu qu'il fallait l'enregistrer sur le bureau !

Téléchargez VundoFix sur votre bureau.

Double-cliquez sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer, puis cliquez sur le bouton "Scan for Vundo".

Lorsque le scan est terminé, cliquez sur le bouton "Remove Vundo".

Une invite vous demandera si vous voulez supprimer les fichiers, cliquez sur YES.

Après avoir cliqué sur Yes, le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers (ne vous inquiétez pas c'est normal !).

Vous verrez ensuite une invite qui vous annoncera que votre PC va s'éteindre (shutdown en anglais) : cliquez sur OK.

Une fois votre PC éteint, redémarrez-le.

Refait un hijs.

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau :

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.

--> Le PC va redémarrer.

--> Après redémarrage, poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque.

(Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

Alors la c'est terrible.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

supprime C:\DOCUMnts and settings\Administrateur\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\GD27SHE3\keyGen[1].htm 

Pour ça, tu ouvres l'explorateur Windows, tu cherches le fichier, clic droit et suppression.



fais ça aussi :

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Ecoute, moi j'y connais rien à windows, normalement j'ai un mac donc windows c'est pas mon truc. Hier le gars il m'a fait faire des tas de trucs, j'y ai passé toute la journée, donc là j'en ai un peu marre, toute ce que tu me racontes, je ne comprends pas, j'y peux rien j'y vais peu sur le pc donc excuse moi de ne rien pouvoir faire. J'en ai ras le bol de ce truc, je lui avais rien demander moi. Donc excuse moi de ne pas me "bouger".

cet ordi, il est à toi ? Tu l'as acheté ?

Mac ou PC, l'OS ne tombe pas du ciel, on fournit l'ordi avec (sous forme de Cd ou DVD).

je comprends que tu satures.

Mais il faudrait m'expliquer à quoi sert ce PC.

Si il ne sert à rien, si il n'y a pas de données dessus (ni de programmes), ce n'est pas la même chose que si il y a une utilisation quotidienne.

En fait c'est un mac, mon ordi a un coté mac et un coté pc et je joue en pc mais je ne fais que ça, je ne fais rien d'autre. Donc en fait  eu juste un cd pour installer pc sur mac donc je ne sais pas si j'ai le cd dont tu me parles. C'est mon père qui se charge de tout ça.

utilise le pour installer la console de récupération.

Quand c'est fait, lance combofix en prenant toutes les précautions données.

Poste le rapport.

ne redémarre pas l'ordi sauf si le programme le demande.


Enchaine avec MBAM en mode normal (décoche "analyse complète")

Poste aussi le rapport.

Réessaye d'installer Antivir.

ceci n'es pas si compliqué que cela.

De toute manière, que vas tu faire ? Tu ne peux pas nrester comme cela.

Je connais mal la configuration que tu as. Mais il se semble que tu as une émulation Pc au sein de ton Mac.

J'espère que l'infection de cette émulation ne vas pas contaminer le reste. je crois que les risques sont faibles voire nuls.


Si cette partition ne te sert qu'à jouer, la détruire et la reconstruire n'est pas dramatique (tu vas perdre l'état de ton jeu et tu vas devoir repartir de zéro).


Par contre, si tu réinstalles, il faut impérativement que tu sécurises cette partition avec un antvirus et un parefeu.
