How to call from France to Germany Solved/Closed

Hello,
How do you make calls or send messages from France to Germany because I have the number of a German contact but it doesn't work when I call, and the voice on the phone tells me to put "00" and the country code before the number but I don't know the code :S if someone could answer me easily Thanks :)
