HP Deskjet F38 Printer Cartridge Issues

I wasn't asked about it directly and I can't figure out how to do it. What do you mean by "reconfigure the print log"? How do we do it?

No, she is not connected to Wi-Fi and I have already done all the steps you described: turning it off and on again. I reinstalled it too, but it still doesn't work. I'm wondering if it's a matter of alignment? Several times when I changed a cartridge, I was asked to "align," could it be related to that?

I wanted to thank you for your help but I still haven't resolved my issue. My black cartridge still isn't being accepted by my printer; it seems like it's not detecting it. I've removed it, put it back, checked if I had properly removed the protective film, you know, all that. Anyway..... Is it possible that it's defective even though it's brand new? I've considered that possibility. I thought about taking it back to the store, but I'm afraid they'll think I'm an idiot who doesn't know how to install cartridges.

But how can I print the sheet for the alignment when the printer is not working?

I finally solved my cartridge problem. It really was that one. I bought a new one and everything worked perfectly; the cartridges aligned themselves and a test page printed out. Thanks again for your help, it was really a dumb issue. I'm going to take the defective cartridge back to the store and it's going to be a hassle (lol)
