pc pro qui plante régulièrement Résolu

Question

Bonjour, 

Je sollicite votre aide conçernant un pc professionnel (assez ancien mais indispensable) qui présente un problème récurent depuis un bon mois : 

ce pc n'est pas connecté à internet, ses seuls contacts extérieurs sont deux clés USB utilisés pour transférer photos et autres docs pro. 

Je l'ai récemment formater et remis à son état d'origine suite à la présence de virus transférés via les clés USB (ces clés servent de relais entre les deux pc du magasin (le deuxième pc étant connecté à internet et possédant l'antivirus panda). 

Malheureusement, depuis le formatage, le pc plante régulièrement : écran noir, message d'erreur tels que "le système a récupéré d'une erreur sérieuse" ou "vérifiez les paramètres d'affichage du pc". 

J'aimerai donc savoir si le pc est infecté ou si il est tout simplement trop vieux

1) Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.

Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK

Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
*** Referme le programme ***

2) Redémarre en "Mode sans échec"

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Ouvre le fichier texte sauvegardé sur le Bureau afin de suivre les instructions comme il faut.

3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un exame complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
Suppression des éléments détectés >>>>
supprime ce qu'il a trouvé vide également les éléments de la quarantaine
S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

--> Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, enregistre sur ton Bureau et poste ce rapport en réponse.

quand tu demande une analyse, demande en mode sans échec.

Pourquoi en mode sans échec:

*Car déjà l'analyse cherche plus de fichiers en mode sans échec que en mode normal.
*Et aussi en mode normal les virus ( trojans, cheval de troie, vers, spywares , malwares et autres ... sont actif) donc ne se supprimes pas donc ils faut le faire en mode sans échec .1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

je peux faire un scan avec anti malware malheureusement il risque d'etre inefficace car l'ordi en question n'a pas accès à internet !!! mais bon je suis la procédure et posterai le rapport très rapidement !!! merci pour votre réponse rapide !!!

tu le dit plus haut tu lui des cles usb il se peux qu'il y est une saloperie vu que tu n'a pas d'antivirus c'est la porte a tout

ok !! donc d'après toi !!! quelle est la démarche à suivre ??? faut-il commencer par l'ordinateur connecté à internet !! car cet ordi est protégé par panda antivirus qui à l'air relativement efficace !!! merci de ta réponse

en effet, je crois que c'est le mieux à faire, donc comme convenu voici le rapport anti malware du pc concerné, j'en profite pour joindre un rapport hijackthis du deuxième pc qui est lui connecté à internet, merci pour votre aide précieuse

parceque au démarrage quand le bureau s'affiche il indique le message suivant "le système à récupéré d'une erreur sérieuse" et après durant l'utilisation il plante ponctuellement (écrans noir ou message d'erreur)

Bonjour, comme convenu, voici le rapport hijackthis, qui fait suite à l'installation des mises à jour SP2 et SP3,
sachez qu'en apparence tout parait fonctionner, mais au démarrage, toujours le meme message d'erreur comme suit:
"le système a récupéré d'une erreur sérieuse", 

Il m'est également impossible d'installer le scanner hp connecté à ce pc, l'installation échoue à moitié !!!!!!!

Enfin, un message d'erreur "le pilote d'affichage nv4-disp ne fonctionne plus correctement" s'affiche ponctuellement, il est surement la base du probleme puisque quand le pc plante, l'écran devient noir et il se rallume (parfois) en affichant un bureau en basse résolution (icones énormes)

Que dois-je faire, ce problème est réellement genant !!!

cette le pilote une nvidia il faut aller sur le site du fournisseur et recuperer le pilote et normalement tout rentre dans l'ordre idem pour le scanner

j'ai installé ces pilotes mais le probleme est toujours présent, il m'indique que le pilote d'affichage rencontre un probleme et provoque l'instabilité du système, j'ai du me tromper de pilote !!! auriez vous un conseil pour trouver le bon !!! je vous rappelle les réf du pc : hp pavilion 735.fr ; carte NVIDIA GeForce4 MX -420

Rebonjour, alors j'ai procédé à toutes les manipulations, ça à l'air de fonctionner un peu mieux meme si le pc a de nouveau planté !!! du coup au redémarrage j'ai noté les détails du rapport d'erreur indiquant que le système a récupéré d'une erreur sérieuse et voici les fichiers concernés par ce rapport :

reposte un log hijackthis stp

1- Télécharges : - CCleaner
https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

---> Utilisation:
! déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
* vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
* vas dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )
