I would like to include a table of contents and a list of appendices in the same Word document. Is this possible, and how?

    Hello everyone,

to create the appendix table in addition to the table of contents, you need to create a table of figures.

To do this, for each appendix:
right click --> Caption... --> New label... : add the label APPENDIX yourself
    Label all your appendices
Then insert --> tables and indexes --> Table of figures

If you change the location of the appendices, remember to update the numbering of the appendices by selecting them all, then right click --> update fields. Also remember to update the table of figures.

Is it possible to create a table of illustrations using two different types of labels in the same table?

Try it out (on a copy of your document); you'll see if it works.
Because no one, in my opinion, has ever attempted such an operation!

And don't forget to let us know how it turned out...
