Prob avec msn : il bloque

Bonjour,

Je ne comprend pas, j'ai mon msn qui bloque, c'est à dire que lorsque je souhaite ouvrir un mail et bien il met un certains temps à s'ouvrir et même défois il ne s'ouvre pas il me mettent que le programme ne répond pas et ainsi me bloque tout. Cela m'arrive également lorsque je discute avec des amis via msn.

Auparavant, tout allait très bien sans aucun souci !

Que puis-je faire?

télécharge GenProc de lazzy et Narco4 sur ton bureau
http://www.alt-shift-return.org/Info/Fichiers/GenProc.zip

dézippe le dossier, double-clique sur GenProc.bat
et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Tu as trois Antivirus sur ton Ordi ...BitDefender...Norton et Avast ...(ou du moins il y a des fichiers de ces 3 antivirus)...donc pas bon ^^

Bonjour

Tu as plusieurs infections.
Gen Proc est un programme de diagnostic qui va permettre de déterminer ce qu'il faut faire.
Aucune crainte à avoir.

Petit souci, j'ai suivi la démarche pour genproc, j'ai suivi le tuto mais au final je n'ai pas genproc.bat

Est ce que tu obtient le dossier "GenProc"? dedans tu dois avoir 2 fichiers non?

est-ce que les infos nécessaires pour "réparer" se trouve dans genproc/ argument /bloc notes ? car j'ai quelques chose d'inscrit dedans !

quand tu cliques sur le lien, tu fais éxécuter, tu as une fenêtre qui s'ouvre avec un dossier : GenProc
Tu double-cliques sur ce dossier et tu obtiens, entre autres, un fichier GenProc.bat....

et bien j'ai bien un fichier genproc et celui-ci contient d'autres fichiers qui sont arguments, canned, changelod, outil et genproc j'ai dc cliqué sur genproc et j'ai bien le fichier genproc.bat qui y est il me dit d'appuyer sur une touche pour continuer et ensuite il me met accès refuser

alors souci, j'a bien toolscleaner mais je lance la recherche et au bout d'un moment il me met ne répond pas comme quoi que le programme ne répond pas, pfff quel ordi de m****

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
"Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
