Bonjour,
Je viens de récuperer le PC de mon frère, et quand je le mets en route voilà le message d'erreur qui s'affiche
"Erreur de chargement de EGACCESS4_1064.dll
Le module spécifié est introuvable"
J'ai vu qu'il y avait un poste à ce sujet alors j'ai deja fait une analyse avec hijackthis. Dont voici le rapport :

Je te conseille de noter ou d'imprimer ce texte car la désinfection va se faire en mode sans échec.
Tu télécharges MalwareBytes.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut.
A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’exécuter .
Ne choisis que la mise à jour. Le logiciel sera lancé en mode sans échec.
Tu relances l'ordinateur en mode sans échec ( touche F8 après redémarrage ).
Tu choisis ton compte utilisateur.
Pour lancer MalwareBytes, double-clique sur le raccourci du bureau.
Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur.
Clique sur lancer l’examen.
A la fin de la recherche, Comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats de la recherche.
Choisis alors Supprimer la selection pour nettoyer les infections.
Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.
Si tu ne le retrouves pas, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est.
Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.

1) Il y a un programme qu'il faut éliminer RXToolBar.
Dans Ajout/supp de programmes, va voir si il y a RXToolBar ou SemanticInsight.
Tu le désinstalles et tu me dis si tu l'as trouvé.
2) Fais la mise à jour de F-secure.
Il y a des traces d'autres antivirus sur son PC. A nettoyer après.

Tu n'as pas passé MalwareBytes en mode sans échec ( vu le temps de analyse ).
C'est préférable, cela prend plus de temps, mais le résultat est bien meilleur.

Tu vas télécharger ComBoFix.

Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive les protections résidentes de ton ordinateur ( antivirus, antispyware et parefeu )
Lance Combofix.exe et suis les invites.
Une fois le scan fini, un rapport va apparaitre.
Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
Si tu ne le trouves pas, il est à C:\ComboFix.txt.

Je sais ce que j'ai fait : j'ai juste effectué une analyse rapide avec malwarebytes donc je me suis remise en mode sans echec et j'ai recommencé.
Et c'est vrai que c'est un peu plus long. Peut etre que tu as faim, je suis désolée de te demander beaucoup de ton temps...

Je suis allée sur le site d'AVG pour désinstaller ce qui reste d'AVG sur le pc j'ai pris la version 8.............
Depuis je n'arrive plus a redemarrer le PC, sauf en mode sans échec mais je n'ai pas de Uninstall AVG quel fichier dois je choisir pour desinstaller AVG en mode sans échec. En plus AVG n'apparait pas sur le bureau, ni dans tous les programmes, je l'ai uniquement dans l'ajout ou suppression des programmes ou encore dans programe files...

Bien sure qu'il y a un antispyware mais c'est moi qui l'ai desactivé d'ailleurs tu m'as fait penser à tout remettre.

Attends de lui poser la question.
Effectivement, tu peux lui installer alors BitDefender 8 et IE7.
Je te mets les consignes :
1) On va enlever les logiciels qui ont été utilisés..
Télécharge ToolsCleaner .sur le bureau
ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/ToolsCleaner2.exe
Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe --> Recherche --> Suppression.
Il est possible que ton bureau disparaisse.
Si l’écran ne réapparait pas, tape sur les touches Ctrl + Alt + Supp. Ceci ouvre le gestionnaire de taches.
Dans l’onglet Processus, clique sur le menu Fichier, puis Executer et tape Explorer. Valide.
2) Tu vas utiliser CCleaner.

utilise les fonctions nettoyeur et registre.
3) Les points de restauration :
- Panneau de configuation --> Système --> Restauration du sytème
décocher " Désactiver la restauration .... "
Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur. Accepte.
Ceci va supprimer les points de restauration existants et infectés ( 3 virus )
- Tu vas recréer un point de restauration propre.
Pour recréer un point de restauration :
Démarrer --> Programmes --> Accessoires --> Outils système --> Restauration système
Choisis "Créer un point de restauration". Suis les invites.
Après tout ca, ton PC devrait être propre.
Si tu as le moindre problème, poste un message.
Pourras-tu alors mettre le sujet en résolu ?

J'ai toujours sur le bureau ToolBar S&D, Malwarebytes, Norton Removal tool.exe; tools cleaner, ccleaner.

Dans un précedent message tu m'as demandé de décocher la case "désactiver la restauration..." n'ai elle est déjà decochée. Est ce normal ? Du coup, il me demande pas de redemarrer le pc donc il ne me supprime pas points de restauration existants et infectés... Que dois je faire vraiment ??
En la cochant et apres avoir apliquer, j'ai une fenetre qui s'ouvre et :
"Vous avez choisi de désactiver la restauration du système.
Si vous continuez, tous les points de restauration seront effacés et vous ne pourrez plus suivre
ou annuler les modifications faites sur votre ordinateur.
Voulez-vous vraiment désactiver la restauration du système ?
