infection !! Résolu

Question

Bonjour tout le monde ,

Un ami m'a passé son ordi pour que je lui répare.. mais s'en votre aide cela va être difficile!
c'est un ordi portable toshiba.
Il aurait eu des virus pendant qu'il était sur msn !
J'ai installé ccleanner (qui ma trouvé beaucoup d'erreur) ainsi que AVG anti spyware  ( l'analyse
n'est pas fini encore mais il a trouvé 31 effection dont un tronjan... je vous poste le rapport dès
 que s'est fini)
et Spybot ( mais je n'est pas pu l'utiliser!!) car je précise que je n'est pas accès a internet donc c'est
 difficile pour les mise à jour .

pour commencer

tu télécharge MSNFix.zip sur ton bureau: http://sosvirus.changelog.fr/MSNFix.zip 
tuto http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 6781 virus ver msn wlm
tu décompresse-le (clic droit << Extraire ici) et double-clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat 
tu exécute l'option R et si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N
redemarre le pc. 
* Sauvegarde le rapport puis copie/colle-le sur ton message

tu passe  Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) 

Avantage : très bon antimalware à conserver et faire utiliser régulièrement. 

Le mode d'emploi : 

1) Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse. 

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci. 

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation. 

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées. 

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche : 

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse. 

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement. 

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. 

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche. 
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs) 

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

tu désactive provisoirement la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares. 


 sur ton bureau tu double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

tu répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

 Pendant la durée de cette étape,tu ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

tu réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

tu reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt .

ok pour ccleaner , je l'ai mis déja , je m'attaque à avast alors...mais je n'aime pas trop antivir mais je te fais confiance !!
Si non le Pc va bien a mon gout , il n'est pas lent , tout va bien. Mais je ne me suis pas connecté ( car je peux pas ) donc voilà.

tu Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.

· Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. 
· Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
· Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives. 
· Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer. 
· Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

Ok antivir est installé !! il m'a trouvé 2 tronjan que j'ai mis en quarantaine .

 et il y a marqué : is the trojan horse TR/Killav.28714

tu purge la restauration

tu va à démarrer
clic droit sur poste de travail
propriétés
restauration du système
tu coche désactiver la restauration du systéme
tu redémarre 
tu refais la même chose
tu décoche désactiver la restauration du systéme

puis tu refais le scan avec antivir et tu me colle le rapport

j'ai un auter problème , il y a un fichier dans Mes document , où il y a des films mais impossible de l'ouvrir , je ne sais pas trop ce qu'il y a comme film : le fichier fait 40 G
tu aurais une solution ??

L'ordi est clean je penses , mais ce fichier qui ne s'ouvre pas  me dérange un peu , lorsque je crilque dessus , il ne s'ouvre pas , et il ne répond plus je suis obligé de terminer le programme .
