Hello,

I think I'm at the end of the first investigation, I have almost all the clues but I forgot to take the fingerprints from the envelope with the money when it was in the store. I took it and brought it back to the lab but now there’s no way to get the fingerprints off it...

Can someone tell me what I should do?

    I'm stuck too, I did the thing with ninhydrin and it doesn’t work :( help me, I beg you.

      I did the ninhydrin test on the envelope and it worked; you actually have to tap with the stylus towards the lower left corner of the envelope (note that the fingerprint is not completely to the left, it is slightly shifted to the right).

    Hello
    I am stuck at the fingerprinting stage on the envelope. I've restarted the game 4 times, but I still can't do it. I went to the tips site, but it hasn’t helped!!!
    Please help me, I'm stuck and it's really annoying me!!!

      Hi, I was also stuck on the envelope. I tried to take the fingerprints with one of the tools and I succeeded, but it was a struggle. Actually, you have to double-click on your envelope to be able to manipulate it. Then you use the brush to take the fingerprint on it and you see the fingerprint appear. However, I noticed they hadn't updated the case file, but I did have the fingerprint in my evidence.

        Hi... um... I'm at the envelope and I read further down that I had to double click on it and run a comb over it, but it's not working!!! :( I don't know how to do it and it's frustrating!!!! Is there anyone who can tell me how to do it?! It would really help me a lot!!! Thanks a lot...

    Actually, since my last message I've made a lot of progress, I'm now on investigation 4 but I'm struggling with that too lol
    But I had found a website with tips and I lost it =S
    But I'll keep you updated.

    Hi, I don't know if you've managed it since.
    Actually, I can't quite remember how I did it, but from memory, it seems that it's by going through the "evidence". You click twice on the envelope and then use the ninhydrin, I think.

    I'm stuck there. No way to finish because I can't get the warrant for Cori!!!

      tu cliques deux fois sur l'enveloppe dans tes preuves, puis tu sélectionnes l'outil détection ninhydrine et tu cliques sur l'enveloppe en bas à gauche, c'est tout.

      Hi! There's no way to get fingerprints off the envelope, and yet I've gone over it 20 times with ninhydrin and nothing shows up. If you could help me!

    l'enveloppe, tu la fiches sur l'écran et tu prends le truc à empreinte et tu le passes sur l'enveloppe.

    Merci pour l'enveloppe, je réussis à relever les empreintes sur l'enveloppe. Maintenant, je suis bloqué sur la deuxième enquête ; je n'arrive pas à trouver des poils de chat et où les relever, je capote. Merci.

    I'm stuck just like you, and even having started everything over, I can't get the fingerprints with the ninhydrin when the envelope is behind the counter... it's a hassle. I've gathered everything and I can't progress.

      After that, I went to the lab to confirm that it's Cory Muzotti, then we will talk to Leslie.H
      On the KoMAwa, I found a fingerprint with the fingerprint powder; I interrogated the suspect but he doesn't want to talk and now I'm stuck.
