Not TF1 or FRANCE2 on my Freebox HD

I just woke up and I have exactly the same problem: TF1, France 2, and M6 HD are not working (even though everything was working perfectly fine last night). I just tried changing the format to 4/3 and it's working again... but I would like to understand why it messed up after all!

Thank you for your responses. This morning I woke up and the 1 is working without doing anything. The 2 is not working even on channel 452.

press the free button on your HD remote and in the menu that appears go to settings then to ADSL to see the actual speed of your line on the screen, you need at least 3.5 Mb of download speed for a good viewing experience of TV channels!

You are close enough to watch three different channels simultaneously, it's not a bandwidth issue!
Try to find out if there is anyone else around you who is subscribed to Free and ask them how it works, just to make sure the problem is only on your line.
If that's the case, check all your telephone wall sockets, there may still be a test capacity between the wires of your telephone line that the former PTT uses to test the continuity of the line from the central office, which can really disrupt the ADSL functioning.

I have a similar problem, regularly (once a month) I have channels that disappear (channel 1, 2, 3, M6), meaning no image or sound, but the title bar is still there. However, Arte, channel 5, etc. still work.
Even though in the mosaic, they are all there!!
So I tried hard rebooting, changing the format to 4/3, auto, I even tested on another TV, but nothing works, and then one day, everything comes back without doing anything. I checked my speed which is good (about 20 megabytes), so I don’t understand anything.. If anyone has an idea! I haven’t dared to call the hotline yet, since I suppose they already know what they are going to tell me!

I also have a TV problem: I don't get channel 5 and channel 6 very well, and TV 8 Montblanc sometimes acts up, so if you have any ideas??

try channel 451 for TF1 and 452 for France 2, those are the low-bandwidth channels.
If your bandwidth is too low, it could explain the interference!

I had the same issue and the solution I used:
SETTINGS - DISPLAY - FORMAT = 4/3 instead of AUTO (if the TV is in 4/3 format)
The channels TF1, France2, NRG 12 ... are visible again.
