Hello,

I just changed my Livebox but I kept the Wi-Fi key from my old Livebox (since they no longer provide it). When I plug it into my PC, it lights up but there is no icon at the bottom right of my PC regarding the key or Wi-Fi (you know, like the little computer screen with "waves" next to it, or the blue icon with bars). So when I plug this key in, nothing happens and in my network connections, I don't even have a wireless network connection, I only have a local network icon. So is there any software to install this key?

An important thing I want to point out is that this key that doesn't work on my PC works on my other computer (the one I'm currently writing from). What's going on?!

Thanks for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
It is possible to get it, but for that you need to know the model of the key, which should be indicated on a small label that is stuck on it.
Here is the Sagem support site: http://www.sagem.com/support/site/page_accueil.php
Click on the image where it says "ADSL", then on the one where it says "Home Network Accessories", and select the Wi-Fi dongles one by one until you find the one that matches yours. On the page, then click on "Software/Drivers" and download the driver.
Have a nice day
