Je suis infecté par le trojan PRYVACISE.A, non-cleanable par secuser.com.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à le supprimer.

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

Ps : passe le scan en mode sans echec si tiu le peu; post le rapport une fois passé.

Je n'ai pas pu supprimer C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvutsts.dll et C:\Program Files\Maïdo Production car il n'existent plus.
En tout cas je ne les ai pas trouvé !

meme comme ca tu ne les trouve pas :

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wvutsts.dll et C:\Program Files\Maïdo Production

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Pour cela :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage

Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher

Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"

Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu

Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.

Et appliquer !

sinon le scan d´antivir est positif comme tu as pu le constater...

comment ca va de ton coté ?

J'avais déja affiché les fichiers cachés etc.... et rien.
Je viens de refaire le tour ainsi qu'une recherche avec windows, et toujours rien !

desolé pour ton rhume...

pour le pc c´est rien, on repare comme ca :

Désactive ta restauration système:
pour cela :
Click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration système;
coche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.
puis redemarre le pc et click droit sur poste de travail, dans l´arborescence sur propriétés;
dans la nouvelle fenettre click sur l´onglet restauration systèm
décoche la case désactiver la restauration systèm et applique.

> c´est la restauration system qui est touché...

pourquoi ne pas surfer avec firefox? = plus sur, tout en gardant ie 7.0 pour les mises a jour windows car impossible a effectuer sous firefox

Pour Firefox je verrai, j'ai déja essayé, c'est pas mal.
Mais là il s'agit du PC de mon fils alors je verrai avec lui.
Sur ce, je m'en vais faire un barbecue chez des amis :-)
Encore merci, et, au fait existe-il un ou des tutoriaux pour apprendre à choisir et utiliser les différents programmes de désinfection, ça m'interresserais d'apprendre et pourquoi pas d'apporter mon aide à d'autres.

une fois les infections localisés il faut les detruire > pour cela il faut choisir les bons outil/fix

Me revoilà.
J'ai installé FIREFOX mais le site "https://www.hugedomains.com/domain_profile.cfm?d=geckozone&e=org" ne répond pas.
Je poste quand même un rapport.

il serait bien de faire un scan en ligne pour voir...

Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer :
https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
-> Click sur Démarrer Online-Scanner
-> Click maintenant sur J'accepte.
-> Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
-> Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
-> Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail.
-> Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.
