Windows Control Panel.

If you are using the ODI 32 LAN driver in a system with

During testing, 3Com encountered incompatibilities with the
3C905B&C NIC family and the some PCs when loading the

settings. When the computer is booted, configuration
resources are not assigned to the NIC. 3Com recommends
that you change the PnP OS setting to disabled, save that
configuration, reboot the computer to DOS, then run the
3Com DOS Configuration and Diagnostic program.

The Network Test in the 3Com Diagnostics program for
Windows verifies the NIC's ability to transmit and receive
data while on the network. There are two ways to perform
the test:

--Connect two PCs to the same network (using a hub
or switch).
--Connect two PCs directly to each other using a
crossover cable.

Connecting Two PCs to the Same Network
-----------------------------------------------
1. Connect one PC (the echo server) and another PC
(the echo client) together through a hub or a switch
that generates a constant link beat.

2. Set each NICs' Media Type and Duplex settings
to AutoSelect.

3. Run the test.

Connecting Two PCs Using a Crossover Cable

1. Connect the two PCs together using a crossover cable.

2. Manually set the Media Type to 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps
and the Duplex mode to full or half duplex.

(or any copies thereof) or any products utilizing the Technical Data in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
of the United States or the country where you legally obtained it. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses to
export, re-export or import the Technical Data. In addition to the above, the Product may not be used, exported or
re-exported (i) into or to a national or resident of any country to which the U.S. has embargoed; or (ii) to any one on

TRADE SECRETS; TITLE: You acknowledge and agree that the structure, sequence and organization of the
Software are the valuable trade secrets of 3Com and its suppliers. You agree to hold such trade secrets in
confidence. You further acknowledge and agree that ownership of, and title to, the Software and Documentation and
all subsequent copies thereof regardless of the form or media are held by 3Com and its suppliers.

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT LEGENDS: The Software, Documentation and any other technical data
provided hereunder is commercial in nature and developed solely at private expense. The Software is delivered as
"Commercial Computer Software" as defined in DFARS 252.227-7014 (June 1995) or as a commercial item as
defined in FAR 2.101(a) and as such is provided with only such rights as are provided in this Agreement, which is
3Com’s standard commercial license for the Software. Technical data is provided with limited rights only as

SEVERABILITY: In the event any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and
3Com and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Software and Documentation,
and may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties.

Cela provient effectivement bien d'un utilitaire 3COM
Essaie de chercher dans ajout/suppression de programmes s'il n'y a pas un logiciel au nom quelconque contenant "3com". Au pire, essaie de te rendre dans Program files, cherche 3COM. Si tu trouves un dossier à ce nom, tu trouveras peut-être à l'intérieur un désinstalleur (uninstall.exe). C'est un peu rudimentaire mais ça peut marcher.

J'ai rien trouvé dans ajout/suppression de programmes, je vais chercher dans programe files de mes 2 disques dure, mais j'ai déja regardé en gros et j'ai rien trouvé.

Sinon si je fais une recherche en allant dans démarrer, recherche, et je tape 3com, sa peut le faire ?

Ha ces deux là, il sont dans un dossier que j'ai appeller "logiciel" qui est sur mon bureau, dedans je met des fichiers et dossiers dont je sais pas trop ce que c'est, comme là^^.

Et d'ailleur dans mon dossier logiciel il ya les les blocs notes que je t'es coppier tout a l'heure.

Si je suprime tout sa peut arranger les choses ? soyons fous^^.

Bon alors,

J'ai viré les fichiers de mon dossier "logiciel" puis redémarrer mon ordi. Bug toujours présent, j'ai donc fais "démarrer" recherche, et surpime tout les fichiers un par un.

Redémarrage de l'ordi, bug résolu. Enfin presque, il me reste des fenètres qui s'ouvrent toutes seule. Mais les fichiers que j'ai supr ne s'ouvrent plus. 1er point positif.

Donc voila les quelques fenètres qui s'ouvrent encore.

1er fenètre:
Titre: 3com adapters

Message:
Please off your computer, install the nic, then start your computer.

2ème fenètre:
Titre: fichier objet de sécurité de clé publique non valide.

Message:
Ce fichier ne convient pas à l'utilisation suivante: carte de sécurité.

3ème fenètre:

Tu n'aurais pas dû supprimer tous les fichiers que tu trouves par recherche, tu aurais pu tomber sur des fichiers système importants. ENfin bon, c'est fait, n'en parlons plus.

J'ai réellement du mal à voir comment tu as pu te retrouver avec des dossiers de pilotes, des fichiers d'install et des fichiers qui s'ouvrent tout seul rien qu'en installant des pilotes :o mais toujours est-il que c'est tout rattaché au même problème.

Pour terminer, on va essayer par l'intermédiaire d'hijackthis. Télécharge-le, exécute-le, clique sur "do a system scan and save a log file", un fichier texte va s'ouvrir, copie-le entièrement et colle-le ici.

yé, voila le coupable :
Si tu l'as fermé, recréé un log hijackthis de la même manière que précédemment, coche les cases devant ces trois lignes :
O4 - Startup: PCI_DATA.EXE
O4 - Startup: PCI_FIX.SYS
O4 - Startup: PREINSTL.EXE
O4 - Startup: TCAYTDI.CAT
Clique sur "fix checked", valide et redémarre.

Tu peux supprimer PCI_DATA qu'il y a sur ton bureau et aussi le prog d'installation de IE 7 (IE7-WindowsXPetc...)

Cherche ensuite PCI_DATA.EXE, PCI_FIX.SYS, PREINSTL.EXE et TCAYTDI.CAT ave l'utilitaire de recherche Windows et dis-moi dans quel(s) dossier(s) ils se trouvent.

Finalement je suis rentré chez moi.
Je viens de redémarrer l'ordi apres avoir coché les 4 cases que tu m'avais cité.

Donc déja il n'y plus aucune fenètre qui souvre, sa c'est super, et donc voila ou ce trouve les fichiers que tu ma demandé.
