Bonjour,
je possède un ordinateur portable processeur athlon 1.8ghz, windows xp sp2
depuis quelques temps, je n'ai plus accès à ccleaner, antivir et spybot... impossible d'ouvrir ces programmes!
de plus, recemment, windows m'a averti de la presence d'un trojan win32 par le rapport d'erreur (car l'ordinateur a planté, avec ecran bleu, ecriture violette et mechant bruit...)
pour couronner le tout, impossible d'aller en mode sans echec pour enlever ce trojan!!!
alors pour moi, c'est l'impasse. svp au secours!!!!

desolé j'ai pas pu m'y mettre avant
j'ai fais les fix checked avec hijack
j'ai fais analyser le fichier mais rien, meme pas de rapport...
ie7 est telecharger et a jour
mais zone alarm, t'es sur? car c compliqué comme pare feu
et dernière chose, ccleaner trouve environ 200 erreurs, je lui fais resoudre ou pas???

tout d'abord merci pour l'attention que tu portes a mon problème!!! COOL
on m'a dit que zone alarm était lourd comme firewall et difficile à utiliser malgré les tutos (lol)

Pour virer combo et elibagla :
* Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.

* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

Télécharge Combofix:
Renomme le avant toute installation, par exemple, nomme le 'Killer': Pour t'aider a le renommer regarde l'aide
Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs...
Aide à l’utilisation de combofix ici
Double-clic sur combofix, Il va te poser une question, réponds par la touche 1 et entrée pour valider, laisse toi guider.
Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.
puis,
* Téléchargez ELIBAGLA en bas de cette page http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp
* Clique sur le bouton Descargar Elibagla cela va télécharger le fichier, placez le sur votre bureau.
* Double-cliquez dessus pour l'ouvrir
* Assurez-vous que dans le menu déroulant Unidad, vous avez bien C:\
* Vérifiquez aussi que l'option en bas de la fenêtre Eliminar Ficheros Automaticamente est bien cochée
* Cliquez sur le bouton Explorar pour lancer l'analyse
Si, dans le rapport,elibaga tu vois un texte semblable à celui-ci
